Why this mentorship exists
Over the last years working on real digital products, I've seen a recurring gap between learning UX/UI and working as a UX/UI designer.
Many juniors know the theory, tools, and trends—but struggle with:
- Applying UX processes under real constraints
- Building portfolios that reflect thinking, not just visuals
- Understanding how UX actually works inside teams and businesses
This mentorship exists to shorten that gap.
Who this mentorship is for
This is for you if you..
- Have 0–12 months of experience in UX/UI.
- Are actively learning UX/UI (self-taught, bootcamp, university).
- Want to work in the UX/UI labor market, not just study design.
- Are based in Bolivia (initial cohorts).
- Can commit time and effort during the program.
This is NOT for…
- Mid or senior designers
- People focused only on visual/UI aesthetics
- Those looking for shortcuts or guarantees
- Anyone unable to commit consistently
What you will learn
This mentorship does not focus on tools or trends. It focuses on capabilities.
